May 30, 2014 Dinner & Dessert Auction
This is PARTS' fifth fundraiser at the Seal Beach Yacht Club, and each time is more fun than the last! It raises money for cast and crew rehearsal dinners, musical show expenses, teacher requests, scholarships and field trips. Parents, teachers AND students produce and enjoy the evening.
Spread the word to friends and family. SBYC's casual atmosphere provides a great opportunity for the RHSA community to relax and have fun together. We'll enjoy dinner, entertainment from our talented jazz musicians, an opportunity drawing, and a fast-paced auction. Bid on great desserts to share right away or take home - - You don't want to miss it!
Order your tickets early to guarantee your spot. A limited number of tickets will be sold at the door, if available. Don't be turned away!

Help Us Get Donations for the Dessert Auction
Do you know a great local bakery that would enjoy some positive exposure? Ask if they will donate a cake or other dessert to be auctioned May 30th!
We need only 10 very special items. Each will be displayed with its business card and description. Each will take center stage on the auction block as the auctioneer tantalizes, cajoles, and downright implores the highest bid!
Print the two forms below for bakeries to support Renaissance. The first is a letter with our tax ID number. The second is a form they complete to receive a receipt and thank-you letter when we receive the item.
Desserts must be ready for pick up by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 30th and brought to the event by 5:00 p.m. for set up.
IMPORTANT: To avoid duplication, please email email@example.com several days in advance if you're successful with a donation. Advise us of the business name and the dessert description. No "walk-on" auction items - Thanks!
Ticket Info & Special Deals
Tickets are just $15 per adult, and $10 for youth 18 and under (includes a soft drink). See the Online Only deals for advance purchases:
1) Buy 2 adult tickets for only $25! - Save $5!
2) To sponsor teachers or staff, buy one ticket for $15, or 2 for $25. It's a tax-deductible donation (indicate "Sponsor Teachers" in the comments).
3) Reserve a table for 8 for just $100!
Need a vegetarian dinner? No problem -- be sure to request it so we plan appropriately.
To order and pre-pay by check, download the order form, then drop it with your payment into the PARTS mailbox in the RHSA office.
